Max Lipsman
I would like to take this opportunity to say hello and express my excitement of joining the Beth Tzedec management team.
I am presently located in Pine Lake completing my 12th year as executive director of Camp BB-Riback and my experience has been most rewarding and challenging. I have worked with people of all ages and abilities for over 35 years in Social Services, Recreational and Management capacities. My involvement and commitment to Calgary’s Jewish Community still continues, and now I will embark on a new direction of Jewish communal work.
I invite members of our congregation, and those who might consider our synagogue, to meet with me and talk about their experiences, and hopes for future growth at Beth Tzedec. I am committed to make every effort to listen and develop an approach that will address members’ wants and needs. It is also equally important to ensure that all members are treated fairly in an atmosphere that is accepting, tolerant and respectful.
People service is a priority and maintaining a safe facility for all our members and potential community users is equally important. It is my hope that we will conduct ourselves professionally and ensure that we will be responsible, accountable and dedicated to our mission statement. Our team is committed to ensure that the needs of our congregants are met so that the Beth Tzedec can be seen as our home away from home.
